Digital Products Policy

What Do Digital Products Include?

MartGain’s digital products, as listed in the store, include templates, downloadable files, Prompt Packs, AI Skills, agents, n8n Workflows, automation bundles, documents, systems or system components deliverable digitally, and any other product described as a digital product on its page.

Standard Use License

Unless the product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-resalable license to use the product in your business or team, adapt it to your work, and use it to perform work or produce deliverables for your clients.

You may provide the end client with the final outputs generated using the product, but you may not provide the reusable original or resell it as a standalone product unless the product page expressly permits this.

What Is Permitted?

• Using the product within your business or company.
• Modifying the template, Workflow, or instructions to suit your needs.
• Using the product as a tool within a service you provide to clients.
• Creating final deliverables for a client using the product.
• Making a reasonable backup copy for lawful use within your permitted scope.

What Is Not Permitted?

• Reselling the product itself or a modified version as a standalone product competing with the original.
• Sharing the product file or download link with individuals or entities outside the permitted scope of use.
• Uploading it to file-sharing websites, public repositories, or distribution groups.
• Sublicensing the product or claiming to be its original owner or author.
• Removing ownership notices or attributing the product to yourself where such notices form part of the product.
• Using the product for unlawful activity or in violation of third-party rights.

Compatibility and Requirements

Each product may require a particular environment, accounts, or versions, such as n8n, WordPress, Google Sheets, an AI provider, or an API Key. We state known requirements on the product page or in the documentation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the required accounts and permissions before use.

Third-Party Costs

The product price does not automatically include the cost of any external service unless expressly stated. Some products may require hosting, a paid API, a platform subscription, a Google account, an email service, or another tool. These fees are payable to the relevant provider and are not included in MartGain’s price.

Products Using Artificial Intelligence

AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors or incomplete information. The product helps you carry out a task or organize a process, but does not automatically guarantee the accuracy of every output. You are responsible for human review before publishing, sending, or making an important decision based on the result.

Updates and Versions

If a product has a version number or changelog, we may release updates to fix issues, improve compatibility, or add features. Whether updates are free, how long you are entitled to them, and what each version includes are stated on the product page or in the documentation.

External platforms continuously change their interfaces and rules; therefore, we do not promise that a Workflow, Skill, or integration will operate forever without updates. If an external change causes a product to stop working, we will try to update products still within the published support period or plan.

Support

Support levels vary by product. Some products include only a setup guide, others include support for a defined period, and some systems include setup or a subscription. Always refer to the product page to determine exactly what support is included.

Free Products and Pro Versions

We may offer a free version and a Pro version of the same product. The free version is not necessarily identical to the paid version in features, support, or updates. The comparison on the product page determines what is included at each level.

Access and Downloads

Access may be provided through your account, a protected download link, or an email. You are responsible for retaining copies of files you are entitled to download during the availability period and for not sharing your private download links.

Refunds

Digital product refund requests are reviewed under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Once a product has been downloaded or its content made available, a change of mind alone is generally insufficient for a refund; cases involving technical defects, material discrepancies from the description, or statutory rights remain protected.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the original product and its components owned by MartGain remain with MartGain, while rights in third-party tools, software, or assets remain with their respective owners. This Policy grants a right to use and does not transfer ownership of the original product.

Discontinuing a Product or Changing Its Support

We may discontinue sales or support for an older product if it becomes insecure, incompatible, or technically impractical. Where an existing paid subscription or support commitment applies, we will honor the agreed duration and scope and explain any appropriate transition or alternative if necessary.
