Frequently Asked Questions
Is this price for one video or a monthly package?
This is a one-time edit for one video. Recurring short-form production is a separate service.
What are the footage and final-video limits?
Up to 20 minutes of supplied footage and a final edit of up to 3 minutes. Larger projects require a separate scope and price.
Is filming included?
No. You supply usable footage; we provide only the editing work described.
Are subtitles and designed titles included?
No. Subtitles and designed titles are available through separate add-ons.
Will I receive multiple aspect ratios?
The price includes one agreed format. Additional aspect ratios are a separate add-on.
How extensive is the colour and audio work?
We apply basic exposure/colour consistency and audio levelling. Cinematic grading and restoration of severely damaged audio are excluded.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two consolidated rounds on the same approved direction and footage. We correct our own implementation mistakes without counting them as a revision.
When will the video be ready?
The first cut is due within 5 business days after complete handover; each revision round takes up to 2 business days after feedback.

Are editable project files included?
No. The standard deliverable is a final MP4. Editable project files are not part of this package.
