Once an event ends, its recordings often sit unused while your team needs something concise to share. We review your footage and shape it into one event recap and two short clips, with clear sequencing, pacing and brand treatment. This is remote post-event editing from your recordings—not on-site filming.
What’s included
- Edit one main event recap video of 60–120 seconds from a single event.
- Edit two standalone short clips, each up to 30 seconds, from the approved event highlights.
- Review and select highlights from up to 60 minutes of client-supplied source footage.
- Sequencing, event-appropriate pacing, and basic audio and colour balancing.
- Place the supplied brand logo and simple event-identification titles where needed.
- Deliver the main recap as 16:9 MP4 at 1920×1080 and both clips as 9:16 MP4 at 1080×1920 when source quality permits.
- One consolidated revision round for each finished video within the approved scope.
Not Included
- On-site filming, camera crew/equipment, permits, travel and accommodation.
- Any short clips beyond the two included; these are scoped through the relevant add-on.
- Burned-in captions, translation, voice-over, full transcription or extensive dialogue editing.
- Advanced motion graphics, 3D animation or original music production.
- More than 60 minutes of source footage without the extra footage review add-on.
- Editable project files, publishing or social media account management.
- A complete rebuild/new concept or coverage of multiple events under a single fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the package include filming on site?
No. The base service is remote editing of footage you supply. On-site filming requires a separately scoped quote.
How many videos will I receive?
One 60–120-second recap and two short clips of up to 30 seconds each.
What if I have more than 60 minutes of footage?
The package includes review of up to 60 minutes of footage. Additional source-review units can be added before editing begins.
Are burned-in subtitles included?
No. Simple identification titles are included; burned-in captions can be added separately under M-108.
Can I order more short clips?
Yes. After the two included clips, extra clips are purchased separately using M-115 at its approved unit price.
Will the files be suitable for social platforms?
We deliver a landscape main recap and two vertical MP4 clips where source quality allows. Posting is not included.
When does the turnaround clock start?
After all files and the brief are approved. First drafts target 5 business days; final delivery targets 7 business days subject to timely feedback.
Do I receive the editable source project?
No. MP4 files are included. Native editable project files require a separate agreement.
Do you guarantee reach or marketing performance?
No. We deliver the defined assets, not guaranteed views or campaign performance.
