How long is the video?
Up to 30 seconds in the base price. Longer versions require a separate scope and quote.
Is scriptwriting included?
Yes. We write one-language copy for your agreed message, including one script revision round.
Are voice-over and music included?
A professional human voice-over is a paid add-on. You can supply cleared audio. We do not assume any commercial music licence is included without confirmation.
Can you create a how-to video?
Yes, using screen recordings or footage you provide, with simple callouts and motion within the same time limit.
Can I get a vertical cut or subtitles?
The package includes one format and no burned-in captions. Both are available as paid add-ons.
Can I request changes after script approval?
One consolidated animation round is included. A changed concept or approved scenes are treated as scope changes.
Will I receive editable files?
No. The standard deliverable is MP4. Editable files require a separate rights and deliverables agreement.
