We photograph its important views with consistent lighting and one backdrop, then refine color and presentation so your product pages look clear and cohesive. This is a focused physical photography service—not AI imagery or a full campaign production.
What’s included
- One studio session for 5 manageable small or medium physical products, subject to suitability review.
- 3 distinct final views per product, totaling 15 finished images.
- One neutral studio backdrop, with the color agreed before the shoot.
- Appropriate studio lighting, color and exposure correction, and basic cleanup without changing the product’s actual characteristics.
- Deliver 15 finished images in JPG or PNG at an agreed digital-use resolution.
- One consolidated basic-retouch feedback round; production errors against the approved brief are corrected separately.
- Non-exclusive commercial digital-use rights for approved final images of your products, subject to the contract and photographer’s rights.
Not included in the base package
- Purchase, transport, shipping, insurance and return of products; transit responsibilities and risk must be agreed before receipt.
- Bulky, fragile, highly reflective, transparent or specialist products without separate scoping.
- Models, off-site locations, elaborate sets, purchased props and food styling.
- Video, 360° photography, 3D production and AI-generated product imagery.
- RAW or editable working files, and exclusive copyright assignment.
- Uploading to your store, running advertising, or guaranteeing marketplace acceptance.
What we need before shooting
- A list of five physical products, with condition, dimensions, weight and shipping constraints.
- Clean, complete original products or packages, plus a contact for delivery and return.
- Brand guidelines, store URL, and up to three visual references or desired angles if available.
- Approval of backdrop, file size, digital usage and any special retouch expectations before the shoot.
- Agreement on inbound/return shipping and any customs charges before contracting.

We review item type, size, condition, references and desired views, then confirm package eligibility.
- Receive and prepare
The products arrive at the agreed studio, then we confirm the backdrop and set up lighting.
- Shoot and select
We photograph the agreed views and select three suitable frames per product.
- Retouch and deliver
We correct color, apply basic retouching, process consolidated feedback and deliver the files.

Frequently asked questions
How many products and photos are included?
Five physical products, with three edited final photos per product: 15 images total.
Do I need to ship the actual products?
Yes. This is physical photography rather than AI imagery. We confirm the receiving location, shipping terms and costs first.
Are shipping and returns included?
No. Inbound and return freight, transit-risk allocation and customs are confirmed separately before acceptance.
Can you shoot glass, jewelry or oversized items?
These may need specialized lighting, handling or retouching. We review each item and quote separately if needed.
Will I receive RAW files?
No. Only the agreed finished images are delivered. RAW and working files are excluded.
Can I use the photos in ads?
The proposed license covers your own digital store, channels and advertising under the contract, without exclusive copyright transfer.
How long will it take?
Estimated 7–10 business days after product receipt and brief approval; shipping time is additional.
Is this AI or 3D imagery?
No. These are photographs of real items; AI and 3D services are separate.
What is the revision policy?
One consolidated basic-retouch round. Technical errors against the brief are fixed separately; new angles or backdrop changes require separate scoping.
