Is this a monthly service?
No. The fee covers one-time setup. Tool subscriptions, usage and ongoing maintenance are separate when needed.
Will you build a new contact form?
The base service connects an existing compatible form. New form development requires a separate quote.
Can you notify us on WhatsApp?
The base package uses email. WhatsApp needs a separate compatibility and messaging-cost review.
What happens when someone submits the form?
Approved form fields are recorded in the sheet, then an email alert is triggered for the chosen recipients.
How do you verify the workflow?
We run 3 tests covering a valid submission, missing data, and team alert receipt, then document the results.
Will the automation run without ongoing fees?
It may require Make, Zapier, n8n, hosting or mail usage. We confirm costs before approval; free tiers are not assumed sufficient.
Do you guarantee no missed leads?
We test and document the agreed workflow, but connectivity, provider outages or limits can interrupt it. Ongoing monitoring is not included.
Can you connect multiple forms?
The base package covers one existing form. A second compatible form can be added separately.
