One Consistent Look, From Pack to Shelf

Customers notice the pack and then look for the product among competing options on the shelf. When the visual identity and messaging change between packaging and in-store materials, the experience feels disconnected. MartGain designs one product pack or label together with one flat point-of-sale graphic, keeping both aligned in message and visual hierarchy. We work from your supplier-approved dieline and sizes, and prepare artwork to the provided print specifications. This is a design service, not printing or packaging manufacturing.

What’s included

  • Create one graphic design for a single product pack or label (one SKU, one size), based on a supplier-approved dieline.
  • Design one flat point-of-sale promotional item, such as a shelf talker, wobbler, or small promotional sign, using an approved size and template.
  • Review the provided brand assets, offer, and product information to establish clear visual hierarchy for the product name, claims, copy, and supplied barcode without inventing regulatory statements.
  • Develop one coordinated visual direction for both items, with one base artwork per item and flat digital previews for approval.
  • Lay out client-approved Arabic and/or English copy as provided, without translation or legal copy verification.
  • Prepare one print PDF per item to the supplied printer specifications for size, bleed, safe area, and color setup, with basic artwork preflight.
  • Deliver JPG/PNG previews and an editable design file where asset and font licensing permits, without transferring third-party licenses.
  • Include two consolidated revisions across the in-scope designs and hand over a concise inventory of final files and versions.

What’s Not Included

  • Physical printing, pack manufacturing, materials, shipping, installation, or supplier procurement on the client’s behalf.
  • Structural packaging engineering, new dieline development, material durability tests, or 3D/floor-standing display structures.
  • More than one packaging SKU/size or more than one flat in-store display item.
  • New logo/brand identity creation, product photography, or original professional image/video production.
  • Authoring ingredients, warnings, permits, health claims, or legal/regulatory review and SFDA or other authority approval.
  • Issuing or technically validating an official barcode; client-supplied approved codes are placed in the design.
  • Translation, legal copy editing, or rework caused by changes to supplier specifications after approval.
  • Physical proofing, on-press color sign-off, and guarantees that printed color exactly matches on-screen previews.
  • Advanced multi-layer packs, foil tooling, complex printing dies, or display systems outside the provided supplier template.
  • Extra assets, revisions beyond the included allowance, or a new creative direction after approval.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the service include printing?

No. It covers design and two print-prepared files based on supplier templates. Physical printing, manufacturing, materials, and shipping are excluded.

Can I get a box, label, and POS piece in one package?

The base package includes either one pack or one label design, plus one flat POS item. A third deliverable is priced separately.

Do you need a printer dieline?

Yes. We require a supplier-approved dieline or template before starting. New structural dieline engineering is separate.

Is a 3D retail display stand included?

No. POS means one flat shelf or promotional graphic. Structural counter or floor display units require a separate quotation.

Can the pack contain Arabic and English copy?

Yes, when both approved texts are provided and fit the supplied template. Translation and regulatory approval are excluded.

Will I receive print-ready files?

We prepare PDFs for both items to the supplied printer specifications. Final color, cut, and material approval still requires printer proofing.

How many revisions are included?

Two consolidated revisions across both designs. MartGain’s own in-scope errors are corrected separately.

Can you create additional flavors or sizes?

The base price covers one SKU and size. Another SKU on the same template can be added; different templates require a separate quote.

Ready to Put Your Product on the Shelf?

Share your brand assets, approved packaging dieline, POS dimensions, and final copy. We’ll turn them into coordinated artwork prepared for printer review. If you need structural packaging or a custom physical display, request a separate quotation.

Additional questions:
Who approves barcodes and mandatory product information?
The client supplies and approves accurate product copy and codes. We place them visually without legal or technical certification.

Do you provide editable files?
We provide an editable file where fonts, images, and template licenses allow, without transferring third-party licenses.
