What’s Not Included
- Channel art is not a video thumbnail and is excluded.
- Available separately through add-on M-079.
- PSD/Canva source files or reusable templates are excluded; a series template is a separate add-on M-080.
- No photo shoots, video editing or production of realistic identities without the necessary permissions.
- No A/B test operations, YouTube Studio management, CTR or view guarantees.
- One landscape layout per thumbnail; vertical adaptations and additional language versions are excluded.
- Text or colour revisions are not new concepts; distinct extra alternatives are a paid add-on.
What We Need to Start
- A title and summary for every video, plus its link if published or a reliable outline if not.
- Your logo, fonts and colours—or references that define your channel style.
- Product images and other requested visuals, with usage rights confirmed.
- One contact to consolidate feedback and approve the designs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the five thumbnails for one video or five?
The pack covers five different videos, one main thumbnail each. Additional variants for one video are a separate add-on.
Will these guarantee a higher CTR?
No. We design for clarity, contrast and consistency, but performance also depends on titles, audience, distribution and video content.
Does the pack include channel art or podcast covers?
No. Podcast cover artwork is offered via M-079; channel banners require a separate scope.
Do I receive editable source files?
The standard deliverables are PNG or JPG. A reusable editable series template is available under M-080; other working files are excluded.
How many revision rounds are included?
One round per thumbnail within its agreed concept. Fixes to errors against the agreed brief are handled separately.
Can you design Shorts thumbnails?
The default pack covers landscape 16:9 videos. Vertical Shorts adaptations can be scoped separately, subject to platform and channel eligibility.
When does the turnaround start?
After all five briefs, brand files and assets are provided and the pack direction is approved. Client waiting time is excluded.
Do you manage the channel or run A/B tests?
No. We deliver design assets only. Extra variants are available as an add-on, but test execution and analytics are excluded.
