Not included
- Purchased or fake reviews, or incentives for posting, editing, or removing reviews.
- Sending review invitations or covering messaging fees within the base subscription.
- Managing additional platforms, profiles, or domains beyond the base scope.
- Google Business Profile information or post management, covered by the separate C2 service.
