We scope one event and its data, connect the store to an external platform using its supported API or webhook, verify the result and document the handover. Standard pricing applies only after confirming API access and scope.

- Build — We implement the approved connection in a test environment using the provider-supported authentication.
- Test — We verify an agreed success case and failure case, recording outcomes without exposing secrets.
- Handover — We hand over the approved workflow, field map and runbook, then resolve implementation defects.
Not included
- Building a new API from scratch or custom middleware and servers
- Third-party subscriptions, connectors, hosting and API usage fees
- Extensive historical data cleanup or migration; limited backfill is an add-on
- Ongoing monitoring, 24/7 support or guarantees about a third-party API
- Third-party approvals outside MartGain’s control

Does the price cover multiple external tools?
No. The standard package connects one store and one external tool through a single workflow. Additional systems need separate scoping and pricing.
Does every API qualify for standard pricing?
No. We review documentation, permissions and usage restrictions before confirming price and timing.
What do I receive?
A tested workflow, a mapping of up to 12 fields, success and failure test results and a concise runbook.
Is ongoing support included?
Implementation defects within scope are covered for 14 days. Ongoing monitoring is a separate optional add-on.
Are API subscriptions and platform fees included?
No. Third-party API usage, subscriptions, licensing and hosting are paid by the customer.
Is any integration guaranteed secure?
We use scope-appropriate access controls and protect credentials. Penetration testing or formal security certification is not included.
Can non-WordPress stores be connected?
Potentially, subject to documented APIs, supported access and a scope review.
Does it include two-way synchronization?
No. Standard scope is one-way. Two-way synchronization requires separate evaluation and pricing.
