Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a monthly fee or a one-time service?
MartGain charges a one-time implementation fee. Your end customers’ recurring membership payments belong to your business.
Do you build the whole website from scratch?
No. This package adds memberships to an existing WordPress site. A new website requires a separate scope and quote.
Does it include automatic recurring billing?
We test automatic renewals where supported by the plugin, gateway and account country. Otherwise we agree on manual renewals before implementation.
How many membership tiers are included?
Two paid tiers are included; a third tier can be purchased as an add-on.
Do you create or upload my content?
We protect up to six existing, ready content items. Creating new material or migrating extra content is not included.
Who pays for plugin licences and gateway fees?
The client pays third-party licences, subscriptions and processing fees after reviewing and approving them before work starts.
Can this setup be used for online courses?
It can gate existing educational material, but quizzes, certificates, learner progress and advanced LMS features require a separate course-platform scope.
What happens when a member expires or cancels?
We configure and test supported access rules so permissions reflect subscription status, subject to the chosen plugin and gateway.
Is ongoing maintenance included after delivery?
It includes handover and correction of in-scope setup issues before acceptance. Ongoing maintenance is a separate service.
